  Is this like the Hanny's Voorwerp?

  I don't think so. Looks like an irregular galaxy with starformation. If you search the discussion boards, Hanny's Voorwerp gets its own discussion and has some images. But, if you ever wonder, tag the image and somebody more experienced than I am will take a look.
