The fuzzy object in the middle is a barred spiral. The rest of the objects are mostly stars in our own galaxy. Here is more info on weird images http://talk.galaxyzoo.org/help/discussions/DGZ1006byh

Rather a lot of stars from our galaxy. Some galaxies, stars more distinct generally, galaxies fuzzier. Object in the middle is the one to classify, just to the left a barred spiral galaxy.
