Agreed, wonderful example of a merger. Although, when classifying I based my classification on the left galaxy, but the image doesn't state which one to focus on.

Is there anyway to get more information on this image (or any of the other images for that matter)? I would like to know a few details about it out of personal interest; distance from us, speed of merger, galaxy size/composition. It's hard to tell from this single image.
