as i would say from a first observation this might just be bad graphics because its far away but if you look closer you can see some green commet or something that has been spread out over a long distange its not smooth or a disk maybe this is moving maybe it just shaped like this but it aint a normal galaxy.

to me if you're speaking about that greenish-reddish strip starting in top left corner looks like an #artifact, light coming from a bright #star just outside of camera's field of view

I agree, that's most likely a diffraction spike from a nearby star.
