Gravity lensing?

  #question is this gravity #lensing of some object by the red object (#star?) in the middle with two false images on 2.30 and 7.30 o clock and possibly 2 other (the green ones though I'm not sure if it's not just artifact) around 11 and 5 o clock, possibly forming a lensing cross?
  Or it's a completely different formation?

  My guess is that this is not a lens... the volunteers are finding that galaxies look very different in the earlier universe than they do today! Interesting configuration.
