Interesting galaxy

    Very nice galaxy, probably #spiral almost #edgeon with a visible #dustlane. Also the upper left part looks slightly #distorted, but that's probably due to gravitational #lensing by the #foregroundstar to the left from core.

    Actually, the foreground star has WAY too little mass to possibly in any way distort the far away galaxy. Most galaxies that cause gravitational lensing have billions of stars, (much more than a single one) and they alone cause small lenses only. The reason the galaxy appears slightly distorted is probably because of the way it was imaged.
