  I'm thinking it's an elliptical or lenticular galaxy with a ring. What interests me is the faint blue outer halo surrounding it. Could it be lensing?

  It's IC 1374, an Sa (so not lenticular) type galaxy according to NED. No known lenses here and frankly I don't see one either.
