These are very distant galaxies being observed with Hubble, and it's unlikely that we'd be able to see a jet if one existed -- it would be too faint. It's more likely that this is either a true companion galaxy or just one that happens to appear next to it on the sky. Looks interesting -- thank you for classifying!
