Very #unusual galaxy in early stage of formation? Are those objects to top and bottom signs of jets? #Irregular #clumpy

I though maybe #protogalaxy with #blue #stellarformation and 2 vague arms beginning to form and not much of a nucleus #exceptional #beauty
