  Certainly, the original image looked to have a barred type of rib cage (5 rows) towards the bottom right. It also appeared that there was a gap further down then a thin trail of objects heading out to the lower right. The new image above appears flipped to me but I guess that is just down to celestial movements? Having a clearer image (changes everything) the standout for me now is the purple/blue features at the edge and possibly a similar colored ring or spiral arm? A spider perhaps?
