I see a merger in the central galaxies, but what is happening with the spiral galaxy in the top right corner? It is not merging with the central galaxy, I don't think, but the trail of dust? between the two is interesting. Is one feeding off of the other? There is some #starformation between them? Does anyone have some ideas?

This is indeed a merger between the central galaxy and the one in the top right corner. What you call a trail of dust is actually the spiral arm of the central galaxy being stretched by the pull of the other galaxy.
