  I'm having trouble identifing what type of galaxy this star type object with luminos green line going across is.

  The bright green line is a satellite trail.
  The satellite reflects the sunlight and because of its speed it gets caught in just one filter.

  There is a very small galaxy in the center of the image but it is really difficult to classify. Star/artifact is a way out ! ;-D
