what is this ?

  is the bright light to the left of the galaxy another galaxy or just a large star artifact closer in the field of view? and what is the smaller circle to the right and why is it red ?

  Well both of the object in question are stars from our galaxy. The colours and shapes are not real, hence artifacts.
