"Constellation Galaxy", or a slowly developing Star System?

At first I thought this was a Spiral Galaxy (a very faint arm/ring can be seen around the central mass), though now I'm not so sure.
Is it a galaxy forming part of a constellation, or a star system where the dust cloud hasn't completely dissipated?

Looks like a spiral to me with some overlapping foregroundstars. What do you mean by dust clouds?

When a star system is in its infancy; developing the first planetoids around it, all you have is dust and rock that can sometimes be mistaken as galactic rings.

Oh OK. It's just that dust usually has a brownish colour is these images and I couldn't see that at all. 😃

I second fatha431 : a galaxy (possibly faint spiral) with some overlapping foreground stars from our galaxy. No constellaton or star system here.
