  The central white "blob" is a galaxy, probably star-forming. The orange "sphere" at 7 o'clock is a foreground star from our galaxy, with the weird shapes and colours being optical artifacts.

  The central object is a fuzzy galaxy, possibly a spiral. The orange object is foreground star from our galaxy.
