Hi, can it be a star overlapping galaxy?

If you means the dot at 1 o'clock then yes that's an overlapping foregroundstar.

I think @sakalas meant the dot at the center. That doesn't look like a star to me - none of the single-band images (which you can look at in the Examine tool on talk) show a separate source there. It looks like the result of a very bright nucleus at the galaxy's center (which can be caused either by a concentration of stars or an active black hole). The darker orange spot is probably a small image artifact based on the different monochrome images not being perfectly aligned. You can see a similar effect in the bright star on the left center edge of the screen.
