Looks like a cloud

Hi,

This looks more like a cloud to me but in the vague centre of it there appears to be more a galaxy shape that is being viewed from the edge on. Anybody any comments and/or suggestions what this might be?
There seems to be a potential vague one-arm spiral shape on the bottom right of the cloud.

This is definitely a galaxy. I'd go for barred and very disturbed spiral.
