I havent seen anything like this before. Anyone know what these are ?

They're stars. The tracking didn't work, for the 'green' (r) filter. Something else also went wrong: the green haze, especially in the lower part, suggests a stray, diffuse light source (maybe someone accidentally turned on a light? 😉)
