That green circle is an optical artifact.Don't know what causes it though.

I think it's most likely an actual physical artifact (speck of dust or something) on the detector; the elongated shape comes from the distorted optics of something in the extreme near field, which the camera isn't designed to focus on. This is from the Y-band imaging, which is the red channel in the color images; it shows up in green and blue due to our sky subtraction algorithm.
