Strange blue circle please check it out.

    Hi I'm just browsing through the pictures of the galaxy and all of a sudden this picture pops out and attracted my attention. What is the blue circle in the picture? It looks like there is something inside of the blue circle. Please help me identify what the blue circle is, thanks.
