Merger of 3 galaxies or stars in the foreground?

This seems to me like the closest merger I've seen. It appears as 3 galaxies merging together. An elliptical orbit could be deduced here if those 2 smaller objects are really galaxies. Quite intriguing. Thoughts?

It is not a merger - the blue objects below the central galaxy look like foreground stars from our own galaxy.
