This could be a spiral, but this image is too fuzzy to tell for me.

If that's what you see, then it's correct! 😄 Always classify the way YOU see it, is advice (paraphrased) you'll see oft repeated here ...
Myself, I'd have said smooth, round, other, other (and if I were interested enough, I'd have perhaps written a comment about color artifacts, about a small companion (or an overlap)). If sufficiently intrigued, I'd've clicked on Galaxy Zoo examine, and then View on SkyServer, to see if other objects in the general vicinity have similar strange colors (they do).
