Very distant?

Not finding much info about this on NED. Is this so diffuse/blurry due to extreme distance?

Or it could be a (relatively) close by galaxy. Maybe a dwarf galaxy.

No spectra so we can't tell the distance from the redshift. Usually we can get a a rough estimate from the photoZ but in this case the error margin is greater than the estimate!
The next best think is to look at the color - it does not have the deep orange colour I would associate with a very distant galaxy. Personally I donot think it is that distant, it could be a small and non-distinct 'nearish' galaxy.
