The yellow object is a distant galaxy. The blue spot beside the nucleus? It is best to check other galaxies around to see if they have the same thing. The galaxy to the upper right looks a bit the same, slight blue on one side. Look around the same field in Navigate, and I think I see more in the brighter objects. So probably a misalignment of filters.
