    What would you call this one? It's blue, like most irregulars, but not really irregular.

    I made the change.
    It is the blue that dominated my thinking. Irregulars are blue, have abundant star forming areas, and they can't be irregular forever, I presume. We see blue areas in spiral, but I cannot recall a blue spiral. Maybe edge-on, the blue dominates? I will keep my eye open for one, but if you have some image links of really blue spirals handy, that might help with the understanding.

    That is weird ! Most of the spirals are blue. This is where GZ came into play because we do classifications based on morphology and not on colour. That way we found red spirals and blue ellipticals !
