Multi-wavelength object

  Hi guys,

  I'm interested in the object at the top left of the picture. It seems to have a very bright centre, so it could be a galaxy. But what confuses me is its multiple colours. How can an object has such a range of wavelengths connected to it?

  Many of the colours are artifacts caused by image compression for transmitting. It looks better in the original.
