Green and pink

First of all, sorry for my horrible english. Of course it's not my native lenguage.
I saw this photo, with a beautiful pink colour in the center, and green clouds.
I dont have any clue what this things are. Maybe its some sort of gas, that's been ionized making it glow green.
Maybe the colours are not real, and those are ordinary galaxies. If that`s the case, why they chose those colours ?Hope somebody know what this is or why of the colours. The only thing i know it's that the picture its absolutly beautiful

Yes it is beautiful, but the colours are not real. They are overexposed stars. More info on this link
