  Could that be blue cloud of gas near the central galaxy? or is it another galaxy? Too far away to see, right?

  The color of the blue object top right is not the right color for a voorwerpje. It is probaby another galaxy. But there is no way to tell from just this image whether it is close to the central galaxy or not .
