No ... what's shown is more informative re processing artifacts than galaxy morphology. This part of the sky is poorly imaged, by DR8 SDSS, as you can see when you zoom out some:

Hi Prof.Nelson and welcome to the Zoo
These objects are not galaxies but stars from our galaxy tha only appear to be touching. The colors are not real. Lots of imaging and filter problems in this image.
Classify as star:artifact.
