Smooth or galaxy?

I classified this object as galaxy because it seems to me a collection of distant stars BUT it could be a smooth object with a bad resolution....
The question is, how is better to classify a photo like that?Posted

The object in the center is definitely a fuzzy galaxy. Good call ! 😄 If you squint a lot (my favourite scientific method ;D ) you could even go for a spiral. But it is your call ! Just answer the questions as well as you can !
