Request for Survey Questions not being processed on tablets.

I continue to get pop-up requests to answer 5 or 6 Survey Questions, and I would be happy to, and always answer in the affirmative. This recent request included an Amazon Gift Certificate. However, I am on an iPad2 running iOS 9.0 and the Survey page never shows up. No survey, no questions, no certificates! Please fix your HTML to operat e with iPads? Thank you!

This is a known issue that occurs on all devises / desktops from time to time. It is some old code that was never removed.
Please just ignore the pop-up, we stopped doing them several years ago. I will raise the issue once again. Sorry about that!
