Foreground star

The blue spot on right is visible here and in the skyview but not on the SDSS. Is it a star or just a blob of debris?

Hard to know if it is a star or a star-forming blob, which can often look very round and star-like, like a blue pea. There is a matching blue area on the other side, so I would go for star-forming. SDSS does not have as good a resolution as DECaLS, so harder to see.
