Why does this galaxy look like this?

It looks like it is a spiral galaxy but the it's shaped oddly. Any ideas as to why it looks like this?

The galaxy is a disturbed barred spiral. But zooming out there is not an obvious culprit in sight. Could be the result of a fly-by.
