How many arms do you see in this galaxy

Um, it is too fuzzy to see. When you classify, don't try too hard. It might be 2-armed, but it isn't a good example. If a scientist wants a nice list of 2-armed spirals to analyze, this one wouldn't help their research.
At the moment, computer software cannot recognize an easy 2 armed spiral, but you can. that is all we need for the moment.
