In images we can say double galaxy core. But in spectra we can say that object have got large isotope Hydrogenium and Oxygenium, and this composition is star instead of black hole. What is it?

It is an AGN, Active Galactic Nucleus, which it an active black hole which is eating gas or stars and making hot hydrogen. It is also star-forming, and producing much hot oxygen as the stars explode as supernovae.
