Bulgeless AGN and Voorwerp?

  Is this a #Bulgeless AGN? When watching on legacy survey there are blue clouds. Are these #Voorwerp?

  The central galaxy is a disturbed spiral galaxy and the blue clumps are star forming areas in the galaxy.
