The galaxy is nearly edge-on, so the dust lanes are becoming visible. You only see dust lanes in the nearer part of the galaxy, because the light of the galaxy has to shine through it to make a shadow.

Thank you but, I'm sorry, i told about the coloured cloud at the left of the galaxy . What is it?

There is a round dark area to the bottom left of the galaxy. These images are heavily processed. Probably an area where there was a cosmic ray hit, software cut out the area, removed the hit, and then pasted it back in, but the colours don't match.
For me, I just don't see these areas anymore.
