Is this a cluster that in fact is in great distances from each other?

Both galaxies are disturbed, meaning they are interacting. #Merger for me.

There may be two AGNs (Active Galactic Nuclei) here. Looks like two galaxies have merged and their cores are close together

obvious edgy dusty #spiral z=0.044224 ETG and #overlap without a red shift and z=0.044471 1237679439350071443 east
