It looks as if two images overlapped, it could possibly be in the galaxy, but it looks as if it would be a much longer exposure.
Is this an error?

It is a quasar! The bright blue center is the hot gas ejected by a black hole. NED has over 400 references, so it has attracted alot of attention from scientists.
