Is there a tidal tail at top left?

  To me it looks like merging with a spiral. It's the first picture I've looked at. Please let me know if I am wrong so I don't continue to make this mistake.

  You could classify this as a very disturbed smooth galaxy with a tidail tail. But calling it a one armed spiral is also a possibility.
