Abortation on the frame?

  This cluster has a blueish streak cutting across the frame (looks like spray paint), not in the same parallel as the foreground stars red flare. What might it be?

  It is probably a row of ccds being overloaded by the brightness of the star nearby. The telescope images the background by continuous sweeping.
