I think it has unusual bright and small galactic core compared with the arms and other similar galaxies.

No SDSS spectrum, but there's one in The Revised IRAS-FSC Redshift Catalogue (RIFSCz) (Wang+ 2014), 0.0523.
It's a radio (1.4 GHz), IR (from IRAS 100μ to 2MASS J band), optical (duh), and UV (both FUV and NUV GALEX) source. Almost certainly an AGN.
