There is an incredibly large Blue Star to the left of the image. There are two more Blue stars or perhaps this is a merger.

Sometimes galaxies have extremely bright starforming areas, and they look like stars. This one is perfectly round, like a star, but I think it is an area of the galaxy. We call them blue peas/
