what are those 2 bright spots? Stars in the foreground? Or can the one on the galaxy be a supernovae?

Hi I_wish_I_can_study_at_Starfleet_Academy and welcome to the Zoo
The small blue dot at 10 o'clock is probably a cosmic ray hit. The bright white object at 2 o'clock is a foreground star from our galaxy.
Hope this helps
Happy hunting ! 😄

Thanks! I also wonder: what can the bright spot outside the galaxy, around 4 o'clock be? Quite big.

Do you mean the fuzzy blob at 4 ? That is another galaxy. Whether it is closer or further away than the central galaxy is not possible to say without additional information (redshift).
