Looks like it may be a trail of stars caused by galaxy disturbance. Interesting.

VSTKIDS gri image, here the second bulge at 10:00 is much better visible, it's mostly blue (g band) as I think I can also spot in the DECaLS and SDSS images.
Voorwerp candidate?

A good sign is that the galaxy spectrum indicates an AGN.

Yes, I meant the big hydrogen alpha emission peak with its broad base.
