Highly usual galaxy. It is a low mass galaxy with an amazing amount of star formation and supernovae, and really hot hydrogen Probably the result of a recent merger.
Over 100 references in NED.

Look at how wide that Halpha line is - that's a clear signature of emission from an accretion disc around a supermassive black hole I'd say. Definitely an extreme starforming/ionized gas galaxy.
