#weird, there is a galaxy and what looks like a star

  #as you can see there is what looks like a galaxy in the middle and a star like object toward the top right

  The edge on in the center is indeed a galaxy. And the object to the top right is also a galaxy.

  The little red object to the left is a foreground star from our galaxy.
