What is this?

  What kind of galaxy is this? It looks bright and like a star. If it is a star it looks like a double star system. Or is it two small galaxies about to collide?

  The bright green object is a foregroundstar from our galaxy. The other objects are indeed galaxies, but they're far behind the star.
