Two bright areas in middle of galaxy

Similar to the last image I added a note to, this one has two bright areas in the center. I do not know if one of the bright areas is actually in front or behind the galaxy but worth noting.

The other 'core' could just as well be a foreground star from our galaxy.

There appear to be two lighter areas near the central area and an area of debris at outer disk. Results of #merger?

Another 'birdnest' at the edge of a stripe but no data notam_word .

Is that a dust lane or spiral arm in the 3 o'clock position? It seems to have a double core. Is this evidence of a merger?
