  I'd pegged this as a fairly close irregular; turns out it's a z=0.1 starburst galaxy (SDSS J213332.11+001204.2)!

  

  I thought it had no nucleus/bulge; turns out it does have one, but that it may be rather heavily obscured by dust. Which is strange ... such a nucleus/bulge should shine through brightly in the IR ...
